How Can I Order?
We take orders by eMail only: firstname.lastname@example.org
When ordering, please quote the product name (i.e. coronet, fin, shell, island or nest) and the colour as stated in the product descriptions. When ordering products with more than one size, such as island or web, please quote the size you require. Please also provide a contact telephone number and a delivery address.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation eMail with an estimated delivery date, an invoice, including the shipping charges and payment modalities. Please note that we can only deliver the ordered products once the invoice has been paid in full.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cheques or cash on delivery for orders in stock (London area only).
How Can I Cancel/Change an Order?
Please note that our products are made to order. We cannot accept cancellations after 14 days. Within this period, a simple eMail to email@example.com will do.
How Do You Handle Returns?
As stated above, our products are made to order and to your specifications. Please ensure before ordering that the colour and product suit your space. If you need some advice on this, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
If the products are defect in any way or we sent the wrong model or product, you can send them straight back to us! A return address will be included in the packaging.
Packaging and Shipping
All prices on our web-site include VAT. Packaging and shipping charges apply depending on destination and order. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery within the EU.
We use stable wooden crates for deliveries to ensure that our products reach you in pristine condition. We charge £50 per item for packaging.
